Who is Tracy?

Tracy Chalmers was a public-school teacher specializing in child development psychology and literacy for 15 years before starting a business program development practice helping entrepreneurs find professional clarity, guiding them to discover and establish effective program and process behaviours along with strategies to transform their business.
Over the years Tracy has been honoured with multiple Mentor awards and ranked on the prestigious 500 Brainz List of Global Entrepreneurs, Influential Leaders, Innovators and Businesses for 2020.

Tracy consulted for professionals, entrepreneurs and everyday folks who had a passion and unique skillset, coaching them on how to get crystal clear in their business direction while focusing on their behaviours, defining their offering and showcasing their unique expertise. She achieved this using timeless business principles, process and program strategies along with unique mindset models. Tracy helped her clients identify the gaps in their industry, fill those gaps successfully while ensuring her clients were seen, heard, and hired!

Using a magnetic combination of her edgy, sassy and clear-cut communication style, which Tracy developed as a professional educator, trainer and speaker, along with her proven business acumen, and sense of humour she guided her clients through plateaus and blocks which helped them create dynamic next level results and outcomes.

Tracy continues to bring her slightly rebellious, fun, outside of the box, call it like it is business know how and transformative coaching to everything she does.

Now retired from her professional career, Tracy and her husband are empty nesters who reside in Calgary. Their two chicks flew the coop. Tracy is now focused on telling the stories that have been waiting inside her to be told.
